Charge:
Method 1
When charge the lithium battery by(AC100-240V), indicator light turn red,
and it take about 8 hours to fully charge the battery,
when battery is fully charged the indicator light turn off.
Method 2
Put the charger toward the sun. the solar panel begin to charge the Lithium battery and
red indicator light turn on, it takes about 18-20 hours for fully charge.
 
Instruction:
When Lithium battery is fully charged, it can charge mobile phones, digital camera,
MP3, MP4 and other digital products, connect the charger with mobile phones and
other digital products, then it begin to charge.
 
Trouble shooting:
Protection circuit is designed, when overload and short circit happen,
the ouput voltage will be cut down.
Solution:
1. Charge the charger by(AC100-240V)for several seconds.
